What kind of route in football allows you to get the most separation from a cornerback defending you?

I just play football for fun with my cousins who are my closest friends within my family. When I’m running a route as a wide receiver, I like to run 10 or 15 yard hook routes. I also like to start off running hard and then slowing down and then blowing past the defensive back by accelerating again.

An out the receiver just cuts up and posts work well too also quick screen works when the receiver just cuts up and posts work well too also quick screen works when the defense jumps in front of open space.

button hook if they are close if they are deep then a screen if they are just regular depth tjen prolly a flag route ( you fake in then run out)
