I havent found were to see EPL games on the internet but if you go to FOx soccer channel website there is an area were you can watch highlights from all the weekend fixtures (usually about 2 minutes in duration). The european champions can be found on uefa.com but will cost you a bit, i believe $40 b ut it is well worth it, you get all champions league, most euro 08, and once uefa cup gets to quarter finals. also the subscription come with archive access that allows you to view fixtures as far back as 92-93.
