Professional football player that broke the bone in his lower leg & it broke through the skin. I can’t remember who it was to save my life & my boyfriend (a supposed football fan) doesn’t know what I’m talking about. It was in either the 80’s or 90’s & a pretty big game, if I remember right.
It is one of the most famous sports injuries in history & was mention on VH-1’s “I love the…”

    The only one I can think of was Joe Thiesman, I saw the game but it’s been so long I can’t really say I remember it breaking the skin.
