What are the restrictions on selling football tickets on eBay?

I have become interested in purchasing season football tickets (NCAA) and then reselling the ones I don’t care to attend. I know there are laws against scalping, yet it seems that people are selling for whatever price they want on eBay. I’m not so much wondering if this is a good business, but what laws must I follow in selling these tickets? For example, if I buy 2 USC gamecocks season tickets for $1000, can I then choose any price to sell the tickets I don’t want or do I have to sell them for what the University sells them for? Thanks for your help, ya’ll.
