How to prepare physically and mentally for playing football for the first time tomorrow?
July 1st, 2009 | by AJS |ManoAMano asked:
My mom signed me up for a football camp that starts tomorrow. It’s not a lot of warning, but I wanted to learned how to play football. I’ve never played football before though, and although I’m pretty well coordinated, I get nervous and self concious easily. There’ll be a lot of other kids there too, so I want to seem good. What can I do to at least calm down?

Just kidding dude you have to know the concept of Football, real easy. Best advise I can give you is don’t think about what other people think, play hard have fun.

Have fun! That is all that matters. Play every play out there like it is your last. Do what coaches say. Smile when you hit someone and tell them you’ll be right back. In the mean time run around your block until to get your nerves calm.
