How to I treat this bizarre football injury?

Whenever I throw a football for any real length of time, I get terrible pains behind my elbow and the more I push it, the more it spreads through out my arm (I have actually made my whole arm numb for a couple minutes one afternoon because I kept throwing). I don’t have a particular wacky throwing motion. It’s sort of side arm, but nothing crazy and I throw tight spirals with good distance. What is wrong and what do I do?

    Go see a doctor.
Try stretching your arm before and after throwing.

The nerve stop all physical activity and having limp arm.
The nerve and go see doctor at once if you can end up snapping the nerve and that could be compressing nerve stop all.
