How do you get spotted to play football for your county?

Currently I play for a team in one of the U13 leagues. I’ve been top scorer for my team the last 3 seasons and we won the cup this year. But how can you be spotted by a person looking for a good level of football.

    The national team maybe then sign you need to go to go to soccer school and then the national team maybe there will know who will know who you are.
