The same problem it might seem like ur the showers to get cold water on them got the showers to get cold water on them got the only one tired but everyone is running in the showers to get cold water on them got the same problems.

Get ur fat *** back into shape! Seriously though, an improved diet (no more fast food sorry), and endurance training can work wonders. Get to bed early, and stay away from excess sugar (sorry, no soda or energy drinks, as you’ll crash and lose energy…).

That is what you get when you spend all day on a computer or playing video games. Get outside and do something. Laying in the AC on your butt will get you nowhere.
